Listed by standard Bank

My son Lost his ID document three years back and when I tried to help him to open a bank account we found out that he was listed at standard bank apparently his ID was used frodulantly however we were told to go and do an affidavit and sent it to the company that deals with such issues then we got hold of that company we were told to fax the new I'd copy and the affidavit and sign some papers they emailed to used back to them then we were told that we should wait for 48hours for the response when the response comes we were told that we need to go to standard Bank and they will be able to clear him but they have been taking him from pillar to post ,now he is working he still can't open an account of any bank or any sort of account due to that lucky he was able to open with post bank which he is not really happy about it..kindly help
