Listed as owing them on my credit report, when I owe them nothing!
I had a loan with Standard bank which I fully paid off last year October 2016. Ten months later, numerous visits to the branch and endless requests, Standard Bank still has me listed as owing them on my credit report. I have logged numerous queries with them which I am still waiting a response for.
Over a decade of service with Standard Bank, with the worst customer service in the entire country. I am finally ready to move to any other bank.
