listed as being on debt review but i am not.

My name is Lindiwe Nhlapho, and i had a standard bank credit card, i paid it off debt long time ago(2014). i struggled to get standard bank credit card division to update my profile on credit beraues, they finally updated the profile. i have been applying for a home loan since last year, and everytime the banks decline me because Standard bank still listed me as being on debt review, which i am not and was never legally registered because the debt counselor was bogust. i paid the debt on my own, all of it. so it's upsetting and frustrating to see that i must again tell standard bank to update their systems, as this is blocking my life, i need a house for my daughter, my lease ends in June 2016, i want to move into my new house, i qualify and my credit score is perfect. i am pleading with standard bank to please please update my name on their system, so i can get finance for my home. i will have to report the bank to ambudsman because this is the second time they are making my credit life difficult because of their negligence and incomplete job to update each and every system they had distroyed my name in, now i need to tell them to how do their jobs. i am very annoyed, upset.
