linking accounts

i emailed standard bank yesterday enquiring about how can i link my accounts without going into the branch and they sent me some steps via email to do that and i logged in my account and there was no option for what they told me to do so can someone from that certain deparment call me so they can link my accounts because i have tried this platform they told me about but still i cant do it cause there is no option for a secure one time message or pin that must be sent direct to my branch so that they can link my accounts
