Link profile with app ****

Standard bank has started again,they now ask me to link my profile on the app when they know exactly that on their app there is no option to link profile with app,l just did restore factory setting and now they asked me to link my profile on the app,what the ****!! They asked me lot of password which l gave mxm this people with their banking app sis
