Lifting of Interdict on Bond

Good day,<br> <br> My name is Mr. Ndlela Mahlaba residing at Bloemfontein. I have bought a property registered as 15968 Taelo Molosioa Street, Mangaung. When we were about to do the change of ownership with the lawyers, standard bank could not lift an interdict or to cancel the bond that was paid up when the husband of the owner deceased as he was a soldier. We have been trying to get an assistance from standard bank, at the branch they say they cant find anything on their system and nationally they say it is with their legal department, we contact them they requested, account number, death certificate, proof of death by mutuary and transfer of ownership to the wife, of which we provided everything. To date since August 2013 Standard Bank has never provided any concrete feedback as our take was that let it give us a figure so that it gets paid if there is any.<br> <br> The wife is currently in bad heath state and this matter is also hampering her as it has delayed for a while and now the family says she gave away the house and ate money.<br> <br> Your assistance in this regard will be much appreciated as there is no where we can to.<br> <br> Yours in need,<br> Ndlela Mahlaba<br> ***
