Life Insurance - Unhelpful and has yet not resolved a pressing issue

<p>Took out a life cover policy at Queensburgh(KZN) last year july for 3 people. however they decided without consulting me and only debited payments for me and not for the other 2 people i took out the policy for ( all was agreed for 3 people on that policy on the date i signed up.) i decided to terminate the policy due to this unprofessionalism, and requested a refund. they have refused repeatedly at both the branch, and the number the branch gave me to call. i am end of my tether with this fiasco hence had to resort to such measures. a resolution is required immediately.
