LIFE COVER POLICY

I have a home loan with standard bank ,but took the life policy with liberty life, my installment including the policy is R5342.30,policy is R259 per month, standard bank started o debit their monthly premium from September 2015 including the policy premium. I received an email from Liberty stating that they didn't receive the premium of R259 from September. My financial advisor Mr. Solly Smeers contact no :*** advised me to take another policy to avoid paying the amount I was owing. I took another policy in December 2015,then again I received another email In February stating that I'm still owing R790,which I deposited in February 2016 to Liberty account. on the 15 March I received another email stating that I'm owing the amount for April 2016. I've been trying to fix this with standard bank from December 2015,Standard bank is still deducting the amount but Liberty is not receiving anything. Ref no:***
