Lies about non payment

I had an insurance policy with standard bank and then cancelled it. I cancelled the policy after the debit order ran from my account. After notifying them that the money had left my account, they refunded my money. it now reflects that the money was reversed.<br> <br> I received a letter from standard bank stating that they cancelled my policy due to non payment. this is not true because the money left my account for the monthly premium and was then returned. on their system it reflects that I reversed the money. how do I reverse money from standard banks account?! surely this must be done by someone who works for standard bank!!!!!<br> <br> my problem is that if an insurance company checks my history it reflects that Standard bank cancelled my policy for non payment which is not true.<br> <br> get you facts straight before making negative incorrect statements!!!!!!
