She took my complaint and phoned the insurance the 10th July saying that they had to contact me to set a date in which they can come to see the damages) they didn't contact me... instead they told Rachel that they were coming to me on the Monday (13th) so I told her no, they must come the Tuesday (14th) and not the Monday... so Rachel said yes they will come the Tuesday at 8 o'clock as agreed upon.On Tuesday no one showed up! So I phone again to the claims department.<br> Spoke to the switchboard people... I phoned 4 times coz when the guy transfers me to the claim department... Cherrie said that the insurance people has spoken to me to inform me that they could not make it (which was a lie) I spoke to no-one!!! That receptionist is a lieg bek! And Cherrie said that the insurance people grey--> something.... (for the ceiling) said that they had an opening available on Wednesday so I said yes.... I will take it.... and agreed upon that they should come early at 8'oclock. And again no one showed!!!
