Letter of Recognition of STELLA Customer Service from Victoria Mpho Phoku!!

Good day Standard Bank Vehicle Finance,

I am writing this review to express my happiness on how Victoria Mpho Phoku handled my query. The whole of last week, 8 March 2022 I have been calling Standard bank to assist with my closing of my vehicle and asset finance account but not winning. Today I went to Standard Bank Festival Mall branch they just gave me a phone to help myself and my issue was not airtime, was service. I used my phone to call VAF and gladly I was lucky to have met Victoria to assist me. Victoria was so patient with me, she gave me comfort and the willingness to assist me was what amazed me more. She patiently explained the process and send an email to Standard Bank Insurance for assistance. Thank you Victoria, you are amazing you changed my frustration moods to hope.
