Let down once again

I logged a complaint here on 02/01/2016, on Monday 04/01/2016 someone in the complaints department tried calling me but I was busy at work and missed the call, they did not even try to call me back! Shocking! later that day someone from the Gateway branch called me and arranged to order my new card, they said it will take roughly 5 days and they would get back to me, 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting! I wonder if I am ever going to get the assistance that I require...
