let down by their system

Standart bank continues to disappoint me, they are so unreliable and unprofessional. first their ATM's couldn't find my account but I've been using my account for nine years and that's when i had no money and I really needed money, went to their branches but they couldn't solve the problems for hours. wanted to use my money but I couldn't because they didn't see my account and I couldn't withdraw my money. this happened to me this Tuesday on the 9th of June 2015. Their system is complicated and not easy to use and it was hell trying to use the ATM...I AM SO ANGRY and I am moving to another BANK. I am so tired with their ****
