*********** Legal department who don't know what they doing

Standard Bank has been served writs for fees which I am owed by my ex on the 31st Mar they confirmed that these were received. and later we discovered that they only loaded 1 of them and the sheriff went back to serve them again the other writ. it has been more than a month that they keep messing and keep confirming only the 1 writ. they also confirmed that his acc was attached but we not sure anymore. Std bank is failing me and not treating me fairly as their client, my lawyer seem to be dealing with different ppl each time and after a month we are yet to be paid. my lawyer is calling the sheriff and different ppl at the bank which has costs me thousands and am sick and tired of this nonsense. Should Std Bank not give us clear progress and what is loaded on their system as there are 2 writs and not 1 as they keep saying, I will take this up with the Ombuds bcoz they have been served and I am being treated unfairly by their incompetence and they should adhere to fulfilling the conditions of these writs. Can someone who knows what needs to happen help these ppl who seem confused each time. A month is really a long time to not have fulfilled these writs by the bank, seems to me there's *********** ppl dealing with this matter and don't really know what they doing. I am disappointed beyond measure considering I am also their client. It is high time someone steps in and get this matter attended to and put to rest, I have many other issues to deal with and this has already cost me more money than I would even receive. I hope Std bank secured this account so I can get all my money which was ordered by the court.
