Legal Collection Services Complaint

I have never in my life been so disgusted at Standard Bank together with their legal collection representatives Stanley Brodkin Maditsi Attorneys. Standard Bank is currently trying to collect money from my brother who is currently in hospital fighting for his life - he is a terminal cancer patient. I have appointed attorneys to help me to resolve this issue on behalf of my brother, where we have requested a settlement amount, we have also asked that all legal proceedings to be kept in abeyance whilst this matter is resolved, but have today been informed by Ansie Mitchell of Stanley Brodkin Maditsi Attorneys that their client, being Standard Bank has informed them to proceed until all monies have been paid - Standard Bank has no compassion and I am utterly disgusted with them. We have said that we are awaiting the doctor's report as proof of his illness and as with all Government Hospitals, it does take some time for this to come forth. I am truly disappointed in Standard Bank's cruel attitude and the attorneys has also requested that they stop contacting my brother directly due to his frail condition. Seems like all that is important to Standard Bank is money - no compassion!
