Left with large debt

<p>On 30/12/2016 my husband and myself went to Salt Rock for the day after just purchasing a vehicle.</p> <p>Sad to say but our vehicle was jammed and my belongings and handbag was ransaked. They stole my vallet and all the contents. As any woman can tell you, she is not always sure of everthing in her bag. Only on our way back home at Marrion hill toll gate I realised my vallet was missing. I tried to call all the banks I had bank cards for. Not remembering I had my Standard Bank Credit card in my handbag because I last used it was in August 2014 and was paying off the debt. We reported the theft to Prestbury police station as soon as we drove into Pietermaritaburg. With all the holidays I only received my Standard bank Statement on the 5th of January 2017 and realised that the purpertrators have been spending much to my dismay on my credit card. I informed Standard bank and they handed my case to there ***** section. Well to make a long story short. They did not even request the the ATM camera footage from any ATM or even review it, because according to them I am guilty. I am left with an amount of more than R5 500.00 to pay, because according to them it is the original card and pin. I even sent them my afidavit but nothing helped. </p>
