Left in dark AGAIN
Your home loans call centre do not answer their phones. I left a 'please call me' from your site 2 days ago - nothing! I left a complaint via your site 1 day ago - NOTHING! Last week I get a letter saying the loan repayment gone down as er the new base rate changes. Then a get a SMS saying it went up - just a simple "your new repayment amount is R***X - coudln't be bothered to inform your clients why or anything!!! If you do not call me by close of business tomorrow (25th July) - I will lodge complaint with Ombud as you've had ample opportunity to acknowledge my request let alone sort it out!
