Left homeless and appalled by Standard Banks assistance

<p>Last Wednesday saw the end to my Home from floods, my house is completely ruined. We logged a call on Thursday morning had an assessor out on Friday, after much noise to have this done after which we have had no word from anyone from STD Bank. I am homeless and I dont think they on the other end understands my situation. My house is currently rotting from the reckage and water is still standing in the house, and yet we are still waiting for STD Bank to come back to us, despite the number of chasers yesterday. I understand their team is under extreme pressure, but they need to understand I am stressing about a roof over my family tonight which I dont think they get/understand. This is an extreme circumstance that I expect them to jump in to assist. Let alone the emotional stress I am under having lost everything, now to fight with trying to get a response from Standard Bank is another issue.</p>
