LEFT HAND DOES NOT KNOW RIGHT HAND- FICA ISSUES

Received an sms yesterday advising MoneyMarket call account not Fica compliant for CC , told to visit business banker. Business Call Centre ref *** and *** refer. Told account is not FICA'd. This is *******<br> the bank even sent somebody to verify physical address when the account was initially Fica'd. I have wasted<br> 2 hours of professional time visiting my business banker only to establish that YOU HAVE ALL THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS and nothing is outstanding. It's no wonder the bank was recently fined for not having it's Fica ducks in a row, the left hand does not know what the right hand has. I want this dealt with and i want clarification what the position is and what documents you require if any. The business banker and i checked what your system has and it is all in place. Please wake up your FICA department ,it needs an almighty wake up call, better still fire the idiot that sent the sms. I will take this to the Ombudsman and submit a damages claim for time wastage and stress , if not dealt with properly now.
