*********** Leadership that is tasked with protecting Our money

I genuinely don't think Standard Bank is fit to be a bank. The banks fundamental responsibility is to protect and leverage the assets(money) of its Customers,in order to protect this assets effectively from *****sters is to bring in highly competent and highly intelligent people as employees and as Managers. It can't be that People with diplomas from TUT can be Managers of the ***** department. It is an insult to the Customers who have kept billions of Rands in that bank. I believe highly intelligent and highly educated people should be brought in as Managers in order for the bank to protect our assets effectively. The problem with putting people who are not educated enough as Managers is that whenever someone highly intelligent and highly educated is brought in,such person is seen as a threat and they try to find a way to kick such person out and this perpetuates the culture of incompetence within Standard Bank. I really don't believe those people can protect our money. I believe a Manager must be someone highly intelligent and highly educated not what is currently happens at Standard bank
