Lazy volksrust standard bank !!!
It is not standard bank it is Volksrust lazy bank... We had to wait to see the consultant... Then we were told we have to make a appointment.. And the we had to wait again to get the appointment made!! And all this just to remove a beneficiary from my account !! Wow are you lazy!! I drove 30km to town and back. Now i must come agian driving 30km in and out....
Why are stanardbank so lazy...where is the service??? Do you know what customers service is.. It is a 5 min job..but it is clear that standardbank think the time and money grows on their clients back,..
