Laziness or Incompetence

I would like to know why Standard Bank Newton Park and Korsten Branches refuse to open a business account based on the fact that neither branch can trace the registration documents to CIPC. The business was registered on 31 August 2015 and up to today, 16 September 2015 Standard Bank systems can still confirm the registration at CIPC<br>
