Late payment from standard bank building loans dep

after submitting progress payment claim form on 15th November, assessor came out on 24th as expected but then problem began. Firstly more documents where required which I only knew where needed after I had to call and find out what was going on, forms where then submitted and I was told all was fine and payment would be released on 4th Dec. Now after calling again today to find out why payment has not been made I get told original claim form is required, (which was sent through on the 15th, hence assessor came out on 24th). <br> <br> <br> Basically I the client am in a situation where suppliers and contractors cant get paid for over a month now due to Standard banks inefficiencies. And constantly the blame keeps falling on the client and payment just keeps on been delayed as well as project.<br> <br> <br> <br>
