Late payment for loan

I went to Standard bank branch in Woodmead to apply for a loan, with all the documents, I needed money for Monday before the end of the day, the guy who was helping me said he need to double check my work because it was a loan I said is fine, he said it can only be done on Monday, which was still fine with me but as I am typing this message is to 6pm now, what I needed the money for is no longer available. So I would like you guys to cancel my loan with you. You failed to deliver in time. I don't need it anymore. You can keep the the account I opened.
