Late estate DP Moraba

My Aunts husband passed away in March 2021 he was a sole breadwinner with 6 kids and three minors. When he passed away he had a access save with plus 20k in it. Upon realizing he passed away standard Bank stopped the account for use with the funds in it. My aunt submitted all the documents that were requested over 2 months ago, to this day she is still waiting for the funds. She is unemployed and she needs that money while she is awaiting the pension payout. How on earth does it take a bank over 60 days to give the funds to the widow with 3 minor kids with no food. This is unfair to the poor woman after what she has gone through already. History will judge you StandardBank for doing this to my aunt with her kids.
