Late debting

I purchase a car through Standard bank and for the past 4 years they always debited either on a Saturday if the month ends on Sunday or whenever they had to but this month I have been so inconvenienced it is not even funny .Today I called and spoken to three consultant(Sharika,Foster,Sarsha ) who could not help me and when I asked for the manager Foster said that she was in a meeting but another consultant Sarsha was able to transfer me to the very same manager who was in a meeting. When I spoke to Caroline Chauke, she said that STD bank debited the money and it takes 3 working days and I must just wait and I told her that it is an inconvenience to me cause I need to withdraw money from my account. I have never been so inconvenienced and no one was willing to help me at all and as a customer who has been doing business with them for 4 years now I really do not see myself doing it with them again
