Last resort after being ignored

I extended my RC loan last month in order to pay my bond & transfer fees. Tumelo helped me increase my limit via telephone. <br> I was not informed that I would be debited the full amount of the CREDIT balance in my RCL. <br> I had only transferred a small amount out, and got debited R2800 for the month! My usual installment was R780.<br> <br> I had not even made use of the available funds yet was debited for CREDIT I hadn't used. I contacted Tumelo last week Friday and have not since heard a word from him after he promised to see what he could do regarding the amount that was debited. <br> <br> I have since emailed him countless times in order to reduce the credit available and thus reduce my installment and he's now ignoring me, and won't advise his manager/supervisors name or contact details. If I contact the call centre I'll never get through to right person. <br> I'm desperate for someone to assist me.<br> <br>
