Lack of statements for student loan

<p>I have a student loan that i am currently paying back monthly and on several occasions i have requested a monthly statement to be sent to me via email (this means send me my statement EVERY MONTH ) but no i literally have to go into the bank to get one printed..</p> <p> </p> <p>Then again i have to ask the consultant PLEASE make a note to send me a statement every month...and still nothing, i am so fed up!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>In almost two years of paying this loan i have only recieved 4 statements , only because ive had to go into the bank to get it!!!!</p> <p> </p>
