Lack of Service - STD Bank Estates

I am very disappointed with Standard Bank Estates Dept by their lack of service. These companies always encourage us to leave a Will behind promising that our loved ones will be taken care of. My aunt must be turning in her grave now because her only child is still asking questions about her mother's estate which hasn't been finalised yet. The executor of the estate is an employee of the bank but has not had any communication with me and her subordinate cannot give any feedback. I have sent numerous emails to follow up and got to a point where gave up.

I am really sending this as the last resort. My audit passed away on 30/06/2020 but really no progress has been made by professionals who specialize in this. Its pathetic
