Lack of service Standard Bank
STD bank has closed so many of their branches so you call the call center for help its now been 31 minutes that i am holding to close an account only to be told i must call back as they are experiencing high call volumes and they will send me an SMS once the card is closed but she cannot guarantee that no additional charges will apply until the account is closed. Cannot wait for this account to be closed never seen such a useless bank. Shocking
