Lack of service from Standardbank Homeloans department

It's almost a month since my house has been sold and standard bank home loan department hasn't called me , my bond amount still reflects under my name. I tried to contact them and I was told I will get a call from the home loans department till today no one has called me.. it's difficult getting someone to assist or give you a way forward.
