LACK OF SERVICE
I send 2 call me back requests on your website as i need clarity regarding your business accounts and no one has bothered to call me. The reason i am complaining is because as a potential customer to your bank i am already wondering "how will i be treated once i am officially a customer and my money is with you"? why cant your sales or customer care divisions jump on call me requests? is this how you treat customers fairly?
