Lack of service

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at Standard Bank on 08 February between 1 and 3 PM. Despite arriving with three people ahead of us, my group and I experienced a significant delay in receiving assistance to create or register a bank account. This delay was further exacerbated by observing other customers, who arrived after us, being served before us. We were assured that a consultant would assist us but were left waiting without help or explanation.

This experience falls short of the level of service I expect from Standard Bank. I request an investigation into this matter and assurances that steps will be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.

This was highly frustrating and makes me question my choice of banking will be looking to go elsewhere unless I get a response.
