Lack of Service
Really shocking lack of service from Standard Bank Pinecrest! We walked into the branch on a Saturday morning to submit FICA documents and staff expect you sit in a queue with 50 people with just 2 tellers on duty. Even worse is that they are so clueless as they could not even advise us to whether we were in the correct queue to be seen to. As customers for 23 years, we are seriously thinking of taking our business elsewhere.
