Lack of response and assistance

o I app**** for and was approved for a Finrent agreement with an instalment of around R2583, including Vat , when I was debited, I was debited R3170, and when I contacted Stannic regarding this, I was told that I could claim +/-R350 ( rent vat) from SARS.o I went in to SARS offices to submit my tax return and was told that I could not claim the rent vat because I do not have a car or travel allowance, I was advised to approach Stannic and request a certificate similar to an IRP5 that Standard Bank would upload to SARS website and I would have bring in a copy when submitting my tax. o I received an amortization from Noluthando Service request ***<br> o After I went back to SARS and was told that I still could not use this to get my refund , I e mailed Noluthando and Levi on 28 August and requested that they please refund the rent vat that I was being charged all this while into a bank account of my choice and not into the agreement as there was a query that was still unresolved ***-, Noluthando rep**** that my request had been attended to and that I would get feedback.this is only part of the issues with the account , the following ref, no also applies ***,<br>
