LACK OF RESPONSE
I am undergoing debt counselling since 2012 and have been making timeously contribution to my outstanding debt. It was recently discovered that my monthly contributions is going towards the high interest that has been accumulating every month and NOT towards my debt. Now I am more in debt than anything else. my debt counsellor has tried on a number of occasions to get a variation order in place with the accepted minimum interest rate. Please can someone sort this out!!! This has been going on for too long and I want to ensure that my debt is paid!!
