I keep getting the sms below, I have called the ***** line, who have referred me to client services, whom have not provided feedback over the past month.

Can someone please tell me what this about

"Standard Bank: Remember to collect your CHEQUE Card at MELVILLE branch with your original ID and latest proof of residence."
