Lack of Feedback by Standard Bank

Lack of feedback on a very traumatic experience. Mrs P Booyens is under debt review and have been harassed by debt collectors by the name of ARA Group. They claim that Standard Bank handed her over for non payment. The debt review company SUMMITFIN confirmed that they have sent all proof of payments through to Standard Bank. The bank has been very relaxed about providing concrete feedback...they keep on saying that the matter is under investigation and that they will revert back to us. This has been going on since the beginning of February this year.
