Lack of customer service

Lack of customer service. I just needed to change my email address on my banking app. I was told to visit the branch, I waited at the branch for over 1 hour before someone decided to assist me ( standton city). The consultant confirmed that I should try within one hour to reset my password, it still does not work. I tried calling the call center on ***, held on for 45 mins, with no answer. I would recommend anyone to this bank as their service pathetic.
