Lack of control over personal documents

<p>Having been trying since April to have all the application forms emailed to me from Home Loans. After the Fifth failed attempt. I took a days leave and went into the branch with my wife so we could do the application. The consultant, Priscilla, was useless. And on a number of occasions I had to correct her as she was telling myself and my wife to remove monthly incomes off and add extra monthly expenses. Anyway after an hour we left. My docs and my wife's were all handed in. Those docs contain our address bank details company we work for contact details. I received a phone call yesterday, 26 May 2017, saying that they dont have any docs for my wife but all my docs are there. After complaining to the lady on the phone. She phoned back 30 mims later to say she had now received my wife's docs. Only to get an email 1 hour later saying that they don't have my salary slips and bank statements! This is unacceptable having been a victim of identity theft i think it is ridiculous thats personal detail are lost!</p> <p>On top of it the assistant branch manager of Westville branch phone me the evening of the 26 May while i was driving in peak hour traffic. She said she would phone me first thing in the morning to chat. No phone call yet. I want someone of authority to phone me ASAP regarding this matter!</p>
