LACK OF COMMUNICATION

Complaint loaded on their website on the 04/11/2015 - to date I have only received an email stating we are working on your complaint. Seriously almost 20 days..... <br> <br> When I queried why my loan balance was more than the I had loaned 4 /5 years ago I was told that I was being debited for less than the interest charged and that I had not even started paying back the loan.<br> Being held accountable for a Standard Bank Employee who incorrectly calculated a loan repayment and debiting the wrong amount for years.<br>
