Lack of communcition
I got a new cell phone through StandardBank Connect. VERY impressed at how quickly it was delivered. However I returned it within a few days due to a fault. Collected (confirmed collected by the couriers), and that has being the last I've heard. That was almost 2 months ago. I've tried emails, phoning, no feedback, no reply, NOTHING!

05 Mar 2026, 15:32Trying to get through to Standardbank Connect on the phone is a pain as well. Don't reply emails, and calls are impossible. I’ve tried 4 times, each giving up at about 25-30mins waiting.
