lack of accountabilty and response

i purchased a home at the end of 2013 in marburg, i have a bond with standard bank and also insurance .<br> last year in june i called the insurance regarding cracks and problems with the house, the bank sent out a acessror who told me the claim wasnt valid because the house wasnt mainained by the previous owners . i had tried to fill and maintain the house because the insurance rejected my claim.<br> This year i called because all the work done and the filler had come out . The main entrance door wouldnt open, i had to get a carpenter last 6 weeks i had to have the doors cut 3 times. The bank sent an acessor who told me that , the foundation was moving because of active soils . he then told me that defective workmanship had also contributed to the damages. he said that they wont be covering me, either way .I was told to read fine print before signing. i complained to standard bank complaints on the 15th june. no response to the 25th so i phoned, i was told that i didnt have a valid claim. non of the answers that i asked was answered. what is it that i am covered if the almost every way to claim there is exclusions that dont cover me? i am at a junction with no assistance from standard
