labelled bad payer when its not my fault.

Today i get a call from standard bank loans stating that i have not paid for my loan when the money was there and is still the bank and they failed to debit it it when they had all the correct information. and now they tell me i will be listed as a bad payer and that my profile will only be cleared after 6 months.<br> what i fail to understand is you have been debiting my account for other loans i have with you so why is it my problem that you did not debit and my profile gets messed up and get reflected as a bad payer when you did not debit the account.<br> i cannot afford to be listed a bad payer for 6 months when the money was there and is still sitting there in the bank waiting to be debited.
