KZN FLOODS POOL CLAIM DECLINED

I am writing this email with severe pain that I had to endure with standard bank .I have been banking with standard bank since 1998 and being loyal all these years

I have never submitted any big amount of loss until recently KZN FLOODS of which is known to everyone. If you check claims in Westville area two of neighbours floods removed their pool and landed to main roads and roads were closed buildings structures were severely damaged. They all submitted to their insurances and have been fixed.

I reported matter this to my neighbourhood group everyone was suprised about decline of POOL CLAIM hence I’m writing to inform you that my neighbours are willing to testify that they know my pool before KZN storm. One is a white person and other one is an Indian person. I am a black person and then my pool claim has been denied.

You have send more than 5 assessors to my house since April and the last person that came to my house was a white guy who was very rude and I cannot be surprised if he is the one who overruled all other assessment reports that have been submitted.

In June 2022 I’ve received a call from Standard bank that my Pool Claim has been approved the consultation informed me about amount and she wanted to pay directly to my account in order to use my Maintainance pool company because the company that was approved was only available in August.

Then last week I’ve received a call that my pool claim has been declined Standardbank claimed that my pool was damaged before KZN FLOODS .

I have sent numerous pictures and videos of before and after KZN FLOODS to Standardbank but still declined.I have pool maintenance company since 2014 and I’m paying them via standard bank you can do your own investigation through my account.I have young kids that have been suffered since April because we have no pool then after 5 months we are receiving this feedback

Please find attached proof that I have been paying for pool maintenance until April 2022.
