KYC template a **** or what?

I am so annoyed with your business because I have been receiving an email saying I need to complete some KYC template and attach some documents to submit on your website. I have been trying since June to submit with no luck. ERROR MESSAGE: "THIS SERVICE IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER WHILE WE INVESTIGATE" . I phoned you call center and your consultant said that might be a **** because those documents are required prior opening the account. But then I received another email in July so I went to your branch at carnival mall Brakpan, guess what ? I was told that I need to book an appointment with my banker so I can get an assistant. I didn't even know that I have 1. Fast forward I received another email saying that I need to comply, you know what, if you don't want to accommodate our small businesses just close the account.
