Thanks to my bank for your prompt response on my query yesterday. I had an issue logging on to the internet banking leading it to be blocked, thanks for taking time to let me know of every activity on my account. Query was sorted in no time :) Thanks to the online assistant who assisted me, he was professional, efficient and friendly
