On a cold Monday Morning 8th April 2024 i visited the Kokstad Branch rushed the thinking they open at 08h30 but noticed they open at 09h00 oh the Security Guard on duty that morning was friendly explained to us they open at 09h00 the way he handled the que outside as we waited for the branch to be opened, he was Kind, Friendly ensured that we understood why we Queuing outside, we were let in the branch just a few minutes before 09h00 and already at the Reception desk there were about 3 Staff members to welcome us, Friendly Faces, Smiles ,the morning Energy was there as they were registering us ensuring that they are fast as if they could feel we were cold outside, staff on the Floor is friendly and keeping us updated why they not servicing, Lady that served me on the 2nd booth on the consultants desk i think she was Mrs Modise (with Braids) made me feel at home as a Standard bank Customer her service was exceptional

Kokstad Branch i will surely visit you again when in Kokstad your Customer service is Simple yet means alot Keep up the Good work :)
