I called the Customer care on Sunday night, as i was having issues with my Mobile App, and the call was answered by a Gentlemen by the name of Tshamano, to tell the truth i was really angry as i was not getting the service for what i am paying for, but Tshamano guided me on how to use the mobile app, the guy is really Knowledgeable and he provided me with a fantastic service that i expected from my bank. We always complain when we are not happy, but this time i decided that i must give credit where it is due.
