know one seems to know whats going on

On the 20th of Oct I received a sms saying get a credit card with a limit of up to R100 000 and to reply yes to be contacted which I did. Then on the 21st at 8:59 I received a call from *** (standardbank Card according to True caller), I went through the process and was told I qualify for a limit of R50 000 and they could use XPS for salary confirmation or I could send payslips. I said they could use XPS. On the 22nd I get a sms saying please send pay slips or bank statements to ***, so I emailed my pay slips then on the same day being the 22nd Oct. Subsequently to this I have called 4 times and each time I get told they will email that department to call me and give me feedback on my application. Its now the 26th Nov and still nothing. Doesn’t standbank want business????
